Hi LIMmers it's that time again for another new Challenge over on the 'Less Is More' Challenge Blog ......
This time you are asked to contribute a card of your own making, following the theme and the Rules, of course .......
Hoping that you will join us and here is my Design Team card for the Challenge:
I started with a 6 x 6 ins white card base .....
I then cut a smaller matt and die-cut a square stitched-edge aperture in it's centre. I added some score lines around the edge. This was then applied onto the card front.
The coral and scallop shell (Artistic Stamper) were stamped in Versafine black ink and heat embossed with clear embossing powder. They were coloured with Distress Ink washes and some dots added to the coral with a pink Posca marker. They were trimmed out.
The green seaweed was die-cut from a piece of white card over which had been laid some Washi tape in greens. The three items were added as shown with the coral on foam pads.
The sentiment was stamped in black Versafine ink and heat embossed with clear embossing powder, trimmed out and edged with black ink. It was applied on more foam pads as shown to finish the card .....
Hoping that you have been inspired to have a go and take part this time but if you need further inspiration please click HERE to see my fellow Design Team members card ideas ........
