Made a card with a touch of sarcasm in the sentiment ......

The background is made from a Gelli Plate print made with leaves and acrylic paints, trimmed to size. I then used a text stamp with Versamark ink and heat embossed with gold embossing powder.

The image of the woman was stamped on white card with Versamark black ink and heat embossed with clear embossing powder. It was coloured with Distress Ink washes and paint markers before trimmimg out and edging in black.

I then die-cut a number s & letter image from black card. The card was then assembled. The background matted twice on yellow and black card. The die-cut applied to the background and the woman applied on foam pads as shown.

The self adhesive words (TH) were chosen and applied edging with black ink. The finished background was then applied to a 6 x 6 inch card blank .....

Love........

Made a Valentines card .....

I started with a 6 x 6 inch white card blank. I then made the background with Distress Oxide washes and stamping with text stamps in Chalk inks.

I then stamped a corner flourish with Versamark ink and heat embossed with gold embossing powder. The edges of the background were then stamped in pink Versafine Clair ink with a faux stitch stamp. A piece of torn pink Washi tape was applied diagonally.

I then made the central square ..... I stamped the face (Cherry Pie) on white card with Versafine black ink and trimmed to a 2 inch square. The eyes, lips & face were coloured with sponged Distress Ink and paint markers. The second layer was made from 3 pieces of handmade paper stuck together and trimmed. The last layer was a square of dark pink card. I then die-cut a heart outline from more handmade paper and coloured this as shown.

I then die-cut a heart and stamped with Versamagic chalk ink adding some faux stitching and a flower with a brad.

I heat embossed two images of the word 'Love' with gold embossing powder.

All elements were then assembled as shown with the central panel on foam pads. The background was matted onto dark pink card and applied to the card blank to finish ......

Bit different for Valentines I thought ....

Eyes ......

Made a card after looking through my stamps today .....

I liked the eye stamps so began with a 6 x 6 inch white card blank. I then made a background from distress Oxide inks and water using blues, purples & pink. Once dry it was trimmed to fit the card blank and I used a stencil and Distress Inks in red and purple. this was highlighted with a gold metallic pen before splashing with watered down black Gesso. some stamping with black Versafine  with a mesh stamp was done and a couple of strips of torn purple spotty Washi tape were added.

I then stamped the eyes with Versafine black ink and heat embossed with clear embossing powder. They were coloured with a Distress Ink wash, trimmed out and mounted on a piece of black card. Some gold dots were added and a highlight in the eye with white Posca pen was added.

I then stamped the Hibiscus (AAll & Create) in versafine black in on white card and coloured with watercolours before trimming out.

The word was made from Washi Tape (AAll & Create) which was added to white card, edged in black and matted on metallic gold card.

The card was then assembled .... The eyes added on the right as shown, the hibiscus mounted on foam pads and the word added as shown. The completed background was then matted on black card and applied to the card blank to finish .....

Love the vibrancy of the colours in this card .....

Orient .....

Made a card with an Oriental feel ....

The white card base is 5 x 5 inches square .....

I took a piece of maroon card and overlaid this with a stamped leaf background, leaving a border which was edged with gold Krylon pen.

The left panel was stamped with a Chrysanthemum stamp on maroon card and heat embossed with gold embossing powder, this was matted onto metallic gold card and trimmed. The printed Chinese symbol was also trimmed and matted onto metallic gold card.

The sentiment was stamped on maroon card in Versafine black ink and heat embossed with clear embossing powder and was matted onto metallic gold card with a gold brad added as shown.

The card was assembled with the chrysanth panel on foam pads ......

Black, Gold & Maroon ...... perfect colours for that Oriental card !

Dream .......

Made an Artist Trading Coin ...... it is 2.5 inches in diameter ....

The base is die-cut from re-cycled food packaging. The background is made using acrylic paints on a Gelli plate and again die-cut before adding to the base.

The leaves were stamped, trimmed and applied as shown edging with purple Posca pen. Some spots were added to the leaves too along with some Glossy Accents.

Some enamel dots were added and some swirls stamped in red Versafine Clair ink.

The word was added and edged with black Posca marker and the coin edged with Krylon gold to finish.

Tale ......

Made an Artist Trading Coin with a fairy tale ending ..... it's 2.5 inches in diameter.....

I die-cut the base from re-cycled food packaging and then used a butterfly stamp to stamp on paper multiple times with distress inks in green, red & black and then with a blue Versafine Clair ink pad. 

I have then added some white and gold penwork along with some white splashes. The words were applied in the centre and edged with black Posca marker and three self adhesive pearls were applied.

I went around the edge of the coin with a Krylon gold pen to finish the coin.

Love ......

Made another Valentine suitable card .....

I used a 5 x 5 inch white card base. I then cut a smaller matt from watercolour card and coloured it with pink watercolours .... allowing it to dry completely before edging with gold Krylon pen. This was then applied to the card front.

I stamped the heart (Chocolate Baroque) in glamourous Versafine Clair ink on white card and heat embossed with clear embossing powder before trimming out and selectively colouring some of the design with a gold pen.

I then used some fine metallic gold thread and placed this behind the heart which was mounted on foam pads as shown. I then die-cut some mini hearts and applied to the card front.

The 'Love' (PaperTrey Ink) was stamped in more Versafine Clair on white card, heat embossed as before, trimmed and edged with black ink and applied as shown to finish the card ......

Heart ......

Made a card which could be used for Valentines day .....

I used a 5 x 7 in white card blank. I then cut  a matt from cream watercolour card and into this die-cut a square stitched edge aperture. I then die-cut a red heart from red flock card and applied onto the cut-out.

I then used a score-board and scored 4 lines through the aperture. The watercolour layer was added and the square with heart added on foam pads.

I then die-cut a number of leaves in white and cream card, arranging these as shown under the square. A little crystal Stickles glitter glue was added on a couple of the leaves. I also added some liquid pearl dots in Champagne.

The card was finished with a love stamp in black archival ink as shown ....

Forest .....

Made a card for a Challenge with a prize over on UK Stampers Forum in the theme of 'A Walk In The Forest' .....

The card base is a white 6 x 6 inch blank. The background was made with Acrylic paints, a variety of stencils and a leaf stamp with Archival ink. I have used Posca markers to highlight areas and applied some torn spotty Washi tape. The base was then matted onto some black card to form a border.

I then stamped a tree and sentiment from Crafty Individuals in Versafine black ink on white card. They were heat embossed with clear embossing powder and trimmed out. The trees were then coloured with Distress ink washes before attaching to the base on foam pads. There are a few clear glass cabochons scattered about on Glossy Accents. The sentiment was edged with black ink and stuck in place on the card.

The base was then applied to the card front to finish .....

Scarab ......

Made an AT coin on a MDS base ......

The base was painted with pink chalk paint and then stamped with Memento black with a stamp from AAll & Create. This was coloured with metallic Gelly Roll pens.

The image was stamped again on white card and heat embossed with clear embossing powder. Elements were trimmed and applied over the original as shown. The edge of the coin was rolled in a Versamark inkpad and heat embossed with gold embossing powder (2nd image).

The coin was finished with dots of black Posca marker around the perimeter .....

This time using another cute stamp from Crafty Individuals .....

The stamps was inked with black Stazon and stamped onto white shrink plastic after gently sanding the stamped side.

I used Faber Castell Polychromos pencils to do the colouring and punched a hole with the Crop-a-dile in the top fine to take the split ring. They were then shrunk with a heat gun.

These earrings are available to buy in my Etsy Shop and on Ebay ......

The earwires are silver plated......

Llama Earrings .....

Made a pair of Luigi the Llama earrings ....... with a stamp from Crafty Individuals .....

The stamp was inked with Stazon black ink, stamped  on frosted shrink film, trimmed out and a hole punched between the ears with a Crop-a-dile.

I then used some fluorescent Gelly Roll pens to selectively colour the scarf and presents before shrinking with a heat gun ....

The earrings were then mounted on silver plated earwires with a jump ring ...... the Llama is 3cm deep and the whole earring 6cm deep .... very lightweight to wear too .....

Numerical .....

A set of ATC's made for  a swap over on UK Stampers Forum in the theme of 'Numbers' .....

The bases are made from re-cycled food packaging. The backgrounds were stamped (AAll & Create) with numbers inked with twisted citron Distress Oxide ink, spritzed and applied to watercolour card, allowing to dry naturally.

I then stamped numbers in various colours of Versafine Clair inks.

The black sections were die-cut from black card (AAll & Create), trimmed and applied as shown. A number sticker was applied centrally.

The cards were finished with Molotow pen in lime green.

2022 .....

Made this card for a Challenge over on Country View Crafts whose theme is  'A Year To Sparkle & Shine' .... & for Creative Crafting Uncles whose theme is 'Christmas & Happy New Year'

I started with a 6 x 6 inch white card base and cut a matt from some red printed paper, matting this on black card to form a border.

I then die-cut a load of stars from gold, red and silver glitter card matting some on black card.

The numbers were die-cut and heat embossed with sparkle embossing powder. The stars and numbers were then applied as shown, some on foam pads.

Finishing touches were to add some red self adhesive gems and apply to the card base .....

Glitter everywhere for 2022 ....

Hello .......

Made a set of 1 x 1 inch decorated Inchie squares for a swap over on UK Stampers Forum .....

I  punched 12 squares from blue/red double sided paper and stamped these with Versamark ink and stamps and then heat embossed with copper and silver embossing powders.

I used re-cycled food packaging as the bases and applied one layer of the embossed paper onto these bases. The remainder were folded in half and applied as shown to form a flap. I added the printed word 'HELLO' to the inside of each of the flaps.

The images were decorated with contrasting Posca pens in blue & red & white ......

Celeste .....

A set of 3 Artist Trading Coins made for a swap over on UK Stampers Forum .....

I used some MDF bases for the Coins which are 2.5 inches in diameter. The bases were painted with Chalk Acrylic paint/

The diamond images were stamped in Versafine Clair blue ink on white card and coloured with Copic markers. These were matted onto gold glitter card and mounted centrally on the painted bases.

I then die-cut some stars from more gold glitter card and applied as shown.

The Coins were finished with an iridescent pink glass heart applied on transparent gel medium. Some black and white dots were added with Posca markers ....

Ladies ......

Made a set of Twinchies for a swap over on UK Stampers Forum .....

I chose the stamp and stamped on white card with a selection of Versafine Clair inks colouring the faces with watercolour in contracting colours ..... a bit Andy Warhol !

These were mounted on 2 x 2 inch squares of white card edged with similar Alcohol Ink markers. I have then added decoballs on a base of Glossy Accents to the hair of each lady.

I then finished with dots of black Posca pen .....
