A card made for Less Is More Challenge for January .......
I used a Lynn Parella stamp and used Memento black ink, trimming out the image for applying later. Next I made a smooshed Distress Ink background using speckled egg and victorian velvet along with a water spray. This was die-cut and the main image glued in place.
I then used a variety of metallic and Posca pens and watercolour with Distress Inks. The image was edged with grey Inktense pencil and a waterbrush to add a shadow and depth to the image.
I selected a printed sentiment and coloured this in a similar fashion to the background and layered onto black card.
The panel and sentiment were added on foam pads as shown to finish the card....
