Fields .....

Made a CAS card for a Challenge over on the Country View Challenges Blog whose theme this month is 'Summer Fields' ......

I started with a 5 x 5 inch white card blank and cut a smaller matt from white card. I stamped this in Archival black ink with a swirly stamp (PaperArtsy) and watercoloured with a waterbrush and shades of green. I then stamped a swirly flower twice and trimmed out applying red, yellow & orange watercolour paint with a coat of Glossy Accents.

The white matt was further matted on pink and yellow matts and the stamped plate added on foam pads. Once dry the flowers were added on foam pads as shown.

The sentiment (Wendy Vecchi) was stamped on white card in Versafine ink and matted on pink, and was applied on foam pads to finish the card .....

Thought it was loosely reminiscent of a field with flowers whilst still being Clean And Simple ...

Florals......

Made these three ATC's for a virtual swap over on UK Stampers Forum ....... in the theme of 'Florals' ....

I used three pieces of re-cycled packaging as the base cut to 2.5 x 3.5 inches. I then cut three more pieces of white card and treated these with white gesso. I then applied a light and uneven coating of texture paste and when dry added red & orange matte acrylic paint with a large brush. Before this dried I wiped off some of the paints back to the white texture paste and dried with a heat tool. These were applied onto the re-cycled packaging bases.

I then stamped some checkerboard & numbers stamps (Dina Wakley) in red and coffee Archival inks. I then added some slivers of book paper.

The flower stamp (AAll & Create) was stamped onto white card and the images coloured with Prismacolour pencils, trimmed out and applied as shown. Each of the ATC's was spattered with yellow acrylic paint and some white paint applied on the edge of an old credit card.

Each ATC had some yellow Posca applied around the edges and three yellow dewdrops were added with Glossy Accents to finish.

Refuse ......

Who wants to be ordinary ? .... not me ......

Made this card on a background of gessoed card with Gelatos and water using a 5 x 7 inch white cardbase .......

I sealed the surface with a gloss medium applied with a spatula and when dry I stamped this with a sketchy face stamp by Dina Wakley in Archival black ink. This was added to with a white Posca pen to add highlights.

I then edged the background with yellow Washi tape and mounted this on a dark pink card matt.

I then stamped the sentiment (Dina Wakley) in Versafine black ink, trimmed out and matted on more pink card and mounted this on foam pad as shown to finish !

I would like to enter this into the Stamplorations Theme & Photo prompt....

Everyday ....

Another quite Clean & Simple card using stamps from AAll & Create .....

I started with a white 6 x 4 inch card blank. I then cut a piece of watercolour card and coloured this with watercolours, lots of water and a waterbrush. I then stamped the flower in Archival black onto the watercoloured background and stamped again on more watercolour card.

Trimmed out the flower only and coloured this with a red Ecoline brushpen,  and added some yellow & white Posca pen to highlight stamens and petals.

I then matted the stamped background onto pink and black cardstock before applying to the card blank then adding the red flower in an offset fashion on foam pads.

The sentiment was stamped in Versafine black ink on white card, trimmed out and matted on black card and added as shown to finish the card ....

Loving how the flower looks almost like velvet .....

I will enter this into the Stamplorations 'Anything CAS goes' challenge ...

Calm .....

I made this card using a 5 x 7 inch white card blank ......

I used a background made with Gelatos & water on white gessoed card. I applied a design through a stencil over this with texture paste and when dry painted the raised areas with Cosmic Shimmer mica paints in a variety of colours in line with the background colours. Pity the mica sheen can't easily be seen in the photo !

I then stamped the Seahorse stamp (Visible Image) on white card with Archival black ink.  This was trimmed out and coloured with Ecoline brush markers in greens and blues with highlights from a white Posca marker before applying on foam pads as shown.

The background with seahorse was them matted on black card and applied to the card base. The sentiment stamps (Visible Image) were stamped in Versafine black ink. trimmed out and coloured with more brush marker before being placed on foam pads as shown.

Final touches were to add a few blue adhesive pearls onto the background .....

Magic ......

Made this card with a background of acrylic paints .....

I took a piece of white card and added drops of various colours of Decoart acrylic paints and used a squeegee to swirl the colours together in a circular motion. Once dry this was die-cut out with a square die. I then used a daisy stamp (AALL & Create) in Archival black ink. The stamped background was then matted onto black card and the matt applied onto a 6 x 6 inch white card blank.

The words (AALL & Create) were stamped on white card in Versafine black, trimmed out and matted on more black card before applying on foam pads as shown.

I added three small black sequins to finish the card .....

Leonardo ......

Found this set of stamps including Leonardo da Vinci's Vitruvian man which I had not used for ages ..... they are by Cherry Pie Art Stamps ......

I stamped the man onto white card in Archival black ink, trimmed it out and coloured with Distress Inks applied to a glass matt and used a waterbrush to make washes. Once dry I mounted this on a piece of brown card and again trimmed out.

The Fleur-de-Lis was stamped and trimmed out and edged with a metallic gold pen. The signature banner was stamped, trimmed and again edged in gold.

The main image was then applied to a 4 x 6 inch white card blank, the other images applied as shown on foam pads. Finishing touch was to add three copper coloured sequins.

Vision .....

This card is made on a 7 x 7 inch white card blank......

The base is a Gelato background which has been treated with some gloss gel medium (first coloured with Gelato) through a stencil. When dry the background was stamped at the base with some grass & birds (PaperArtsy) in green Archival ink. Some areas were highlighted with a black Posca pen.the whole background was edged in turquoise Chalk ink and heat embossed with clear embossing powder.

The eye (Visual Image) was stamped in Archival black ink, trimmed out and coloured with watercolour brushpens. The word Vision (Visual Image) was selectively inked in Archival black and stamped onto the background. The eye was then applied on foam pads.

The background was then matted onto some turquoise card and the whole applied directly to the card base to finish ....

Friends ....

Made a set of 'Friends'  Inchies for a swap in UK Stampers Forum .....

I punched six 1 x 1 inch squares of re-cycled card as the bases.

I used a green Distress Oxide background and punched another 6 squares from this and stamped a set of friends stamps (Inkadinkadoo) in various colours of Archival Ink. They were stuck onto the bases (for strength) and edged with Posca pens in matching colours. Some metallic silver dots were added around the frames.

I then added a very small circular adhesive glossy dot to each to finish.
