Nesting .....

Made a set of 'Eggy' ATC's for a swap over on UK Stampers Forum ........

I started with some re-cycled cardboard and cut three 2.5 x 3.5 inch bases. I covered these with some textured blue card.

I then cut some pink squared card into a strip and applied this as shown on the blue card, adding a strip of metallic gold narrow Washi tape. I then stamped some leafy stems (Artemio) in Versafine moss green ink on the right. I then sprinkled some gold embossing powder and melted this over the leaves with a heat gun. I stamped some flowers (Artemio) in blue Brilliance ink down the left side and decorated the centres with adhesive gems.

The main image (Artemio) was stamped in Memento black ink, trimmed out, coloured with glitter pens and Copic markers. The eggs were covered in Glossy Accents. The nest was applied on foam pads as shown.

The ATC's were finished by edging with more blue Brilliance Ink !

Bloom......

A set of 'bloom' Artist Trading Coins made for a swap over on UK Stampers Forum ....

I die-cut 2.5 ins circles from re-cycled packaging as the base. I then produced a background using Distress Oxides & water spray to make a smooshed background which was also die-cut to the same size.

I stamped some Jofy stamps from PaperArtsy in Archival black ink, coloured the flower with red Copic marker and treated with Glossy Accents. I used a Sakura glitter pen to colour the stems a glittery green and stamped the word 'bloom' in more Archival ink.

The Coins were edged in violet Versamagic chalk ink to finish !

Moments .......

A mailart postcard made for a swap over on UK Stampers Forum ....

It is on a watercolour and ink background, stamped in Archival black ink and coloured with Posca and glitter gel pens.  I have sprayed with acrylic lacquer to protect in transit as it travels 'naked' through the post system !

Reeds ......

Made 6 Inchies (1x1 inch squares) for a monthly swap over on UK stampers Forum ....

The background is made with Brusho in grey and yellow which has been stamped with a reed stamp in Archival black.  It has been coloured with Posca Markers and sparkly pens from Sakura.  They have been edged with silver heat embossing adhered with Veramark ink !

Circles Postcard

Postcard time again !  This is a postcard as part of a swap over on UK Stampers Forum.  This months subject is 'Circles' so I have made a collaged card.

The background is backing paper and I have used various stamps and Archival black ink to stamp a hotel/holiday based theme.  The Hotel Mondial stamp is one of Tim Holtz travel tickets.  This was stamped onto a die cut circle of spotty paper before sticking in place.  Other elements are made from digi images.

Some circles have been added in barn door Distress Ink with a glue stick lid and the message is dymo tape over coloured self adhesive Washi tape.  The whole card has been edged with more barn Door DI.

This postcard will be sent naked through the post at the end of the month.
