Leaves .....

 Made a tag for the 'Leaves Begin To Fall' Challenge over on Country View Crafts ........

The tag base was cut from re-cycled food packaging and covered in a Gelli printed background made with acrylic paints and stencils. It was spattered with some mustard Tombow paint pen. The tag base was edged in brown Distress Ink. Some white Posca pen lines were added.

The leaves (Tim Holtz) were die-cut from watercolour card and coloured with watercolours in Autumn colours and enhanced with red pen. They were shaped and applied on foam pads as shown.

The words were assembled from silver on white self-adhesive letters on black card and trimmed out to form a border. They were stuck in place as shown.

I then cut a hole at the to with the crop-a-dile and threaded through with green, mustard and orange ribbons and fibres to finish......

Secret .....

Another 4 x 4 inch square card made on a white card base.

The background is an acrylic paint and mark making Gelli plate background with brown paint. I have cut a smaller square from this and then coloured with purple and light blue Distress inks, wiping over with a wet wipe to remove the ink from the paint which acts as a resist. I then stamped some dandelion clocks in purple Versafine Clair ink and coloured these with silver and white pens. The background was matted onto black card and again onto mauve card.

The printed words were trimmed and matted on more mauve card before applying and edging in black Posca pen.

The 'paper doll' was coloured with alcohol markers and Posca. It was matted on black card and trimmed to leave a border. It was attached on foam pads and grounded with black Posca pen. I added three violet adhesive gems and applied the panel to the card base to finish ....

Business .....

Another 4 x 4 inch greetings card in the series made on a white card blank. ......

The background is made with watercolours on a Gelli plate along with some acrylic paints through a stencil. This was matted onto black card to form a border.

I have enhanced the pattern with Posca markers and added a die-cut and strip of Washi tape design. The words are a self adhesive sticker.

I have edged the flower and background with grey Inktense pen and a waterbrush. Final touch was to add a 'Paper Doll' on foam fads for relief .....

Beautiful .....

Made a small collaged card .... it's 4 x 4 inches square on a white card base .....

The base is made from a piece of watercolour card coloured with Gelatos on the Gelli plate. It has been decorated with various printed elements along with a paperdoll and wooden ladybird. I have also stamped with Versfine Clair ink and added Posca pen highlights.

It is matted on black and then pink card .....

Shine .....

Made an ATC ....

The base is cut from re-cycled food packaging and covered with a piece of pale blue cardstock. The light bulbs were stamped in Versafine Black ink with the cords hand-drawn with Micron pen. They were coloured with Inktense pencils and a waterbrush to blend. They were glossed with Glossy Accents.

The moth (stampers Anonymous) was stamped in Versafine black, heat embossed and die-cut. It was coloured with Gellyroll glitter pens.

The card was edged in grey Inktense pencil with some black Posca dots. Some other background stamping was done with blue Distress Oxide ink. The moth was added with it's wings elevated.

The card was finished with torn Washi tape and the 'Shine' which was edged in blue Posca....

Happy ......

Made a bright tag on a watercolour card background made with with colour sprays in blue and yellow. This was trimmed out and its corners rounded.

The letter 'H' was die-cut from white card and was coloured with tumbled glass Distress ink and a blender. Its edges were coloured with black.

The background was then stamped in green Versafine Clair with a leaf stamp. Some elements were coloured with green and white Acrylograph pens. Some stitched circles were stamped in Versafine black along with a couple of butterflies coloured with yellow alcohol ink marker. The 'H' was applied on foam pads and the rest of the self adhesive letters spelling 'Happy' were applied as shown and were edged in black Posca marker.

The tag was edged with orange Posca dots along with a few lines drawn on the tag. The orange paper flowers and fabric leaves were added on Gel medium. Three green brads were added before punching a hole at the top of the tag and threading through with some orange and green fibres and ribbon to finish .....

Hexed ......

Today I am sharing a card made for a 'Less Is More' Challenge ......

I started with a 6 x 6 inch square white card base. I then die-cut a 4 x 4 inch square as a matt. A piece of white card was covered with wide AAll & Create Washi tape and from this 6 hexagons were die-cut with another being die-cut from black card.

These were edged in black and mounted as shown on the matt. The central black hexagon was mounted on foam pads.

I then stamped the sentiment in Versafine black ink on white card, trimmed and edged with black before mounting on more foam pads. The card was put together as shown to finish ......

Vintage.....

Made a collaged vintage style tag ...

The background was made on watercolour card with mica sprays in a range of colours (the shine doesn't show well in the photo) ..... I then stamped images on the background in sepia Archival and red memento inks.

I then added a number of ephemera items including a stamp, tickets, mini playing card, tile and stamped dragonfly below which some green papertape was added along with a metal drawer identifier secured with brads and 'Take Risks' Washi tape in the window.

I added a cute bunny too ! The tag was edged with a squiggly line in black Micron pen, distress ink and some white pen spatters.

A length of jute string was tied in a loose bow and added at the top with a decorative paperclip to finish ....

Sparkle.....

Made this Clean and Simple card for a Challenge over on the Less Is More blog .....

I used a white card blank and die-cut a stitched square from white card. I then die-cut three flower dies from iridescent pink/blue foiled card and applied as shown some on foam pads. I added three pale blue adhesive gems.

The sentiment was stamped in Brilliance sky blue ink on white card, trimmed and matted onto more of the foiled card. The square was added on foam pads and the sentiment direct to the card front to finish .... always notoriously difficult to photograph sparkle and glitter effects but it is quite shiny and sparkly in real life .....

Cupcake .....

A set of Artist Trading Cards made for a swap over on UK Stampers Forum in the theme of 'Afternoon Tea' ....

The bases were cut to 2.5 x 3.5 inches from re-cycled food packaging and were covered with Gelli printed background paper. Some dotty bursts were stamped in Distress Oxides.

The layered cupcakes were stamped in a variety of Memento inks, trimmed out & decorated with Glossy Accents and Stickles glitter glue before applying on foam pads.  The sentiments were stamped in Versafine black ink, trimmed and layered on coloured card before applying to the ATC's as shown to finish .....

Could just eat one (or more) of those !!

Flower .....

A set of Inchies made for a swap over on UK Stampers Forum .......

The 1 x 1 inch bases were punched from re-cycled food packaging and covered with a Brusho background. The flower and leaf stamps from Mama Makes were stamed in Versafine black ink and coloured with Acrylograph pens.

Each Inchie was edged with white Tombow paint pen to finish ......

Leaves ....

Decided to make another card for the Less Is More Challenge blog .....

This one is a mini card measuring 2.75 x 5.5 inches. I started by stamping the spotty leaf in Versafine black ink and then hand drew the stem in black Micron pen. Some of the spots were coloured with green Acrylograph paint pen.

The Sentiment was then stamped as shown to finish the card ......

Birds .....

Made these 'Twinchies' - 2 x 2 inch squares ..... for a swap over on UK Stampers Forum ....

The bases are made from recycled food packaging cut to size. They have been covered with Gelli printed papers and stamped with Distress Oxides.

The Birds have been stamped in Versafine black and heat embossed with clear embossing powder. They have been coloured with Alcohol markers, Acrylograph pens and Stickles glitter glue. They were trimmed out and applied as shown to the Twinchies.

The word is machine printed on yellow adhesive tape. Each square has been edged with gold Krylon pen to finish ....

Spots .....

 This CAS card was made for the Less Is More Challenge Blog .......

It was stamped in one layer on a 6 x 6 inch white card blank. I used Versafine Clair inks and a spot stamp to stamp the main image with overlapping colours, centred with a cog stamp in Versafine black ink.

The word Celebrate was also stamped in Versafine black as shown to finish .......
