This Christmas card started life as a 4.5 x 4.5 inch white card blank. I then used a set of small Christmas themed stamps by Hampton Art. I stamped 9 of the images on white card in Memento black ink and coloured some parts with a yellow Marvey le Plume alcohol ink marker.
I then used a 1 inch square punch to punch out the images. A small amount of gold Stickles was added to the ribbons on the bells. I then put some more white card through the Sizzex using an embossing folder and trimmed out the background matt.
The matt and the inch images were edged in black ink and assembled as shown with the inchie images mounted on foam pads.

ReplyDeleteWhat a great effect using the little squares & adding different stamping .
ReplyDeleteInchies on a card, great idea. Love the card!
ReplyDeleteGreat idea to make a larger square from your inchie squares xxx
ReplyDeleteGreat card - great color! Love the color softness residing happily among the angular lines! I routinely shy away from grid cards - as I fail at perfect alignment. A problem you do not seem to suffer from! Lovely card!
