Amazing .....

Made an insect Artist Trading Card to trade .......

The background is made from washes on paper with a re-cycled food packaging base.....

I have stamped some butterflies etc. in Archival sepia ink. Also a collaged flower and some printed letters edged with white Posca ....

The squiggly dragonfly was hand drawn with a black Micron pen, trimmed out and watercoloured with washes in blue and green. It has been mounted on foam pads to add depth and its antenna and body drawn in with Posca Markers.

The ATC has been edged with blue Versafine Clair ink to finish ....

Transforming ......

An ATC made to trade ....

The base is re-cycled food packaging cut to 3.5 x 2.5 inches & covered in black card.

All decoration is hand-drawn with Acrylograph pens. The butterfly is also hand-drawn and watercoloured with a waterbrush.

A piece of Washi tape was added at the top before mounting the butterfly on foam pads. A little yellow stickles was added on the butterflies spots and the word cut from Washi tape. The ATC was edged in Versamagic chalk ink to finish .....

Congrats ......

This card has been made for the Less Is More Challenge Blog ......

I used a stamp from AAll & Create which was stamped on a piece of white card and coloured with Distress Ink washes and a waterbrush. This was then die-cut with a frame die. The frame was mounted on black card and applied centrally onto the card blank. The cut-outs were then overlayed on foam pads to show the black card at the edges.

The word was stamped in Versafine black ink and die-cut before being stuck in place on the card to finish .....

Dream .....

Made a mail-art postcard for a swap over on UK Stampers Forum ....

I used a piece of greyboard as the base and cut to 6 x 4 inches. I then cut a piece of white card and embossed through an embossing folder after inking one side with Versamark ink. I then heat embossed with clear embossing powder to form a resist and applied Distress inks direct to paper over the non-embossed words.

I then stamped a frame in Archival black several times and stamped a flower in red Stazon. The card was applied to the base and edged with dark blue Versamagic Chalk ink.

The postcard was then sprayed with matt acrylic sealer to protect through the post as it will travel 'naked' through the post to its recipient .....

An Artist Trading Card to trade .......

The base is made from re-cycled food packaging covered with a piece of Brusho coloured watercolour card. The background was stamped with Versafine black ink and a circle scribble stamp.

The circled were die-cut from white card and some were heat embossed with a red/gold embossing powder and some from embossed triangle card. These were applied as shown with some overlapping.

Extra decoration using gold and red pens were added and the ATC edged with gold Krylon pen. The word was cut from Washi tape and edged on two sides with gold pen to finish .....

Alive .....

An Artist Trading Coin made to trade ......

The base is a piece of re-cycled food packaging cut to 3.5 x 2.5 inches. This was covered with some dark turquoise card which has been stamped with Versafine Clair ink in green and blue. The stars have been infilled with liquid chrome pen. Some white Posca lines and dots were added.

The main image (Janet Klein) was stamped in Versafine black ink and heat embossed with clear embossing powder before trimming out and applying as shown on the background.

The hat was cut from Washi tape covered card and added on foam pads. Some Inktense black pencil was added and spread with a waterbrush to add shadow.

Finally some pink printed tulips were added as shown and the Washi tape word was edged with more white Posca pen .....

Bird ......

Another ATC made to trade with a Lynne Perrella image ....

The base is re-cycled food packaging covered with some textured hand coloured fiber paper. The image has been stamped in Archival black ink, coloured with Distress ink washes, Posca and Acrylograph pens. Some Glossy Accents are added to the hair.

The ATC is edged with Posca and metallic marker along with the 4 eggs. There is a metal paper clip at the base .....

An Artist Trading Card made to trade using an old Zetti stamp .....

The card base is re-cycled food packaging covered with a hand printed paper. The Zetti 'thing' is stamped in Versafine black ink and heat embossed with clear embossing powder. It has been trimmed out, edged in black ink and coloured with Sharpies and Acrylograph pen.

The green circles are cut from Washi tape and the card is edged with black posca squiggly line ....

Another ATC made for trading with a Lynne Perrella stamp ......

This one is on a re-cycled food packaging base measuring 2.5 x 3.5 inches. It is covered with printed and embossed spotty paper.

The image has been trimmed out and coloured with Distress ink washes and a waterpen. I have used Posca markers to highlight some of the spots, numbers and eyes. The coloured image has been applied to the base and edged in purple Versamagic chalk ink.

Two glittered chipboard stars finish the ATC .....

An Artist Trading Card made using a Lynne Perrella image .....

The background is made with Brushos on watercolour paper which has been stamped with Archival sepia ink.

A piece of oriental printed fibre paper has a torn edge and adds extra texture to the card. The image of the heart girl was stamped and coloured with Distress Ink washes and Posca pen. Thanks Denise for the image ! It was mounted on black card and applied on foam pads. Some blue craft wire was added around the heart.

Finally the ATC was edged with black Posca to finish .....

An Artist Trading Coin made to trade ......

The background is a blue Distress ink wash, the stamp (Judikins) was stamped in Versafine black ink and heat embossed with clear embossing powder. It has been coloured with Acrylograph & Posca pens.

The Coin has been edged with dark green mica embossing powder applied with Versamark ink.

I have added some dots of stickles glitter glue and a Washi tape word (Mama Makes) to finish .....

Carol......

Made a card using a very old Judi-kins 'Carols Cube' wood mounted stamp ..... I used a 5 x 5 inch white card as the base.

I stamped the frame in Versamark black ink on white card and trimmed this out. The green matt was stamped in green Versamark Clair and trimmed out to fit the centre. This was then mounted on black card. Another matt was made and also mounted on black card. The daisy was stamped in Versafine black and coloured with Distress ink washes with a Glossy accents centre. The flower was trimmed out.

The words are from Washi tape by Mama Makes, applied on white card and matted on black.

The card was assembled with the daisy on foam pads and the sentiment on foam pads. Three green sequins were added to finish the card.

Dreamy ......

Made an ATC for trading ......

I used a piece of re-cycled food packaging cut to 3.5 x 2.5 inches and covered this with some printed paper.

I die-cut the flower from watercolour card and coloured the main image and also the cut-outs with washes of Distress Ink applying to the base and re-applying the off-cuts. It was edged with Inktense black and a waterbrush to give depth.

I stamped some spotty circles in pink Distress Oxide and also some Acrylograph pen. The ATC was edged in pink Versamagic chalk ink.

The sentiment was added as a piece of Washi tape ......

Saying ........

Made a card for a Challenge over on Country View Crafts Blog ..... the theme is 'Use A Stencil Or Two', so that's exactly what I have done ...

The background was made with a Gelli plate and two Carabelle Sudios stencils with green, brown and turquoise paints. I have edged this in brown Versamagic chalk ink and matted onto turquoise card adding spots of green Posca pen to the edge. This was again matted onto Kraft card and black card. I have used a white Posca to enhance some of the stencilled shapes and added some torn stripy Washi tape. Four brads in green and turquoise were added bottom right as shown. The matted layers were then added to a 6 x 6 inch white card base.

I then chose a TH Paper Doll and edged with black ink .... colouring the dicky bow in turquoise Copic marker. This was added on foam pads and grounded on more Washi tape.

The sentiment was stamped in Versafine black on white card, die-cut and mounted on more turquoise card before adding as shown to finish the card ......

Bright .......

Made this card for a 'Sketch' Challenge over on UK Stampers Forum ......

I used a 5 x 7 inch white card blank as the base and cut and matted some papers in lime green and yellow. I then di-cut some of TH Wildflowers in orange, purple and yellow and these were added to the matts.

The sentiment was stamped in Versafine black ink onto more paper, mounted on white card and die-cut into a circle which was mounted on foam pads as shown.

I then added four contrasting sequins to finish the card ......

Christmas .....

Made this card for the Less Is More Challenge ....... I wanted to use traditional Christmas colours on this .......

I used a 4 x 4 inch white card blank as the base and die-cut a slightly smaller stitched edge square in white card.

I then took some more white card and covered in AAll & Create Washi tape, die-cutting a tree design and backing with red card. I then die-cut a stitched edge star from gold glitter card.

The sentiment was stamped in Versafine black and backed with more red card.

The tree was attached to the square matt along with the star and sentiment and the matt applied to the card base on foam pads to finish the card .....

Monogram .....

Made this card for a Challenge over on the Less Is More blog ......

This is a one layer card ....... I used a frame stamp and stamped centrally on a 5 x 5 inch white card blank in Versafine black. I then used purple Versafine Clair to stamp my initials centrally within the frame.

I have then used a Gold pen and some Acrylograph pens to enhance the frame and letters.

That's it .....

Magical .....

A simple collaged Birthday card ....

Made on a 5 x 5 inch white card base. I cut a black matt and a smaller red matt from card. They were layered to form a black border. I die-cut the white circle and also the circle from corrugated card along with the mini envelope from music paper !

I applied a brown Kraft strip as shown and the applied the white circle. The envelope was applied as shown on foam pads. The butterfly was stamped in Versafine black ink and die cut applying with it's wings elevated.

The sentiment was stamped in Versafine black and die-cut, applied on foam pads. The matts were then applied to the card front and three black glossy dots applied to finish .....

Fresh .....

Made a set of fruity ATC's for a swap in the theme of 'Fresh' over on UK Stampers Forum ......

Thought these fruity citrus slices looked very fresh indeed. I used a base of re-cycled food packaging cut to 2.5 x 3.5 inches. I then covered these with coloured card stamped with contrasting coloured slices with Archival inks ....

The main slices were stamped in Memento inks and trimmed out before adding Glossy Accents. They were added on foam pads.

The words were stamped with Versafine black ink, trimmed out, applied direct and edged with black Posca pen. Each ATC was edged with Versamagic Chalk Ink and a set of dots added around with the Posca pen.
