Made this card for the Less Is More Challenge ....... demonstrating my favourite technique which is 'Watercoloring' ....
I used a white card blank as the base.
I then die-cut a stitched edge square from smooth watercolour card and stamped the dancer in Versafine black ink. I then watercoloured the image as shown. The matt was then layered onto black card to form a border.
Similarly the sentiment was stamped, trimmed and layered.
The two elements were then added to the card base, the sentiment on foam pads to finish the card .....

This is super Sid. I love the subtleness of the stamp and you've watercoloured her beautifully. Thank you for sharing with us once again at Less is More.
ReplyDeleteA stunning CAS card , Sid . Love the water colouring .
ReplyDeleteLove your loose watercolouring for this dancer, perfect to illustrate the lightness of her dress. Thanks so much for sharing and for playing along at Less is More.
