Tatty Wonderland Tags



How about this triple tag that I have just finished.  The images are Alice in Wonderland digital stamps from The Octopode Factory.  I love the quirky and Gothic look of them !!

I have used a light green triple tag as the background and cut printed backing papers into panels to fit the tags.  Distress inks were sponged on to give a tatty appearance and a gold mica spray applied to add some sheen (not easy to see on the pics).





The images have been coloured with copics and embellished with Glossy Accents, Dew Drops and Stickles Glitter Glue.  I love the way that the queens crown is just stuck in her head not on it !!

The finished images have been trimmed out and put to one side whilst the tags were decorated.

I have used a variety of stamps and inks with punches along with Posca pens and a gold pen to add doodles to the tags.

I love the eyes of these images and left them white on the whole but couldn't resist applying some dew drops and glossy accents to some of them as I have done with one of the Hatters eyes.

I gave Alice fab blonde hair and called her Unique !

The Tweedles look good with their propellor heads too.  Each finished image was stuck in place with foam pads. The words were printed on the inkjet printer, cut out and stuck in place and some black and white spotty ribbon was stapled through each tag hole to finish.
