Sunshine .....

Made a cute Oriental card .....

I started with a maroon 4 x 8 inch card blank. I then cut some oriental paper and matted this on black card as the base. I added a piece of black & white Washi tape as the ground for the little couple.

The stamps (Hero Arts) were stamped out on white card with Memento black ink and trimmed out.  They were coloured with Posca pens and watercolours and applied on the matts on foam pads. Some meatl coins were added at the base threaded through some maroon velvet ribbon and held in place with red-line tape.

The setiment was stamped on white card with Versafine black, trimmed and matted on red card before applying at the top on foam pads.

The mattes were then applied onto the card blank and three black sequins added with Glossy Accents to finish.

Good .....

Made this CAS Oriental Butterfly card .....

I started with a 6 x 6 inch white card blank and die-cut a smaller matt which was matted on black card to form a border.

I then stamped with Versamark ink and heat embossed with black embossing powder some flower vines.  The butterflies were die-cut from some beautiful oriental paper and applied as shown leaving the wings free. I embellished the bodies with some lemon adhesive gems.

I stamped the sentiment in black Versafine ink which reads 'It's A Good Day To Be Happy', edged with black and applied on foam pads.

The matts were then adhered to the front of the card blank to finish
