Summer ......

Made an ATC & sleeve for a swap over on Crafty Individuals Facebook page in the theme of 'Summer' ...

I started with a base made from re-cycled food packaging and cut this to 2.5 x 3.5. I next selected a spin'n'splash techniques background which had been coloured with alcohol inks on white glossy card and trimmed to fit the base.

I next chose another stamp (CI-602) and again stamped in black Versafine ink which was heat embossed with clear embossing powder. I selectively cut out just the flower outlines from this. They were coloured with Distress Ink washes.

The background was added to the base and a torn strip of Washi tape added at the bottom of the ATC. I used a corner rounder to shape the edges.

The coloured flowers were added to the background as shown. The word was stamped in black on white card and coloured with Distress ink wash before trimming out. It was added as shown.

The ATC was edged with Versamark ink and heat embossed with red embossing powder from Ranger. I finished the flowers with Glossy Accents to add a shin .......
