This card was made for a Challenge over at Country View Crafts whose theme for the Month is 'Mothers Day' .....
I wanted to keep it simple. I used a 5 x 7 inch white card base. I cut a matt from dark pink card and then a smaller matt from white card was passed through an embossing folder. These layers were then applied to the card front.
I then die-cut 3 stitched edge white panels from white card. I then die-cut a couple of smaller matts from some rosy printed paper and applied this to 2 of the white matts. The third matt was left plain. I stamped the word in Versafine black ink on white card, this was trimmed and matted on more dark pink card to form a thin border. This was applied centrally to the plain square.
The three panels were then added on foam pads, overlapping each as shown.
Three pink adhesive pearls were added to finish the card ......
