I used a single swirl stamp from The Artistic Stamper and black card for the base. I inked the stamp with Versamark ink and stamped randomly on a 6 x 4 inch piece of black card. I then first heat embossed with a gold opalescent Pearlustre embossing powder. I then stamped again with the same stamp over the original embossed images and used violet ep this second time and finally did the same again with blue ep. This layered up the ep's over each other and left bits of the black card showing through in places.
I then edged all these spaces with a white opaque pigment pen. The card was trimmed into six 2 inch squares and these were edged with purple chalk ink.
This close up shows a little bit of the detail and I liked the layered look I achieved.
