Pink.....

Made a rather pink decorated tag for a swap on UK Stampers Forum ....

I started with tag blank and collaged a number of decorative papers as shown onto this base. I have used some gold/pink ribbon, adhesive gems, stickles glitter glue & a paper flower with a pearl centre to embellish the tag.

The sentiment is stamped with Versamark & heat embossed with white embossing powder, trimmed out and matted onto pink card before applying on foam pads. The whole tag is edged with pink Versamagic chalk ink and threaded through with some decorative trim to finish.

Snowflakes ...

A 'cool' snowflake tag made for a swap on UK Stampers Forum ...

The background is antique wood effect with heat embossed white 'snow'. Onto this I have attached a number of layered die-cut snowflakes in foil and iridescent paper centred with adhesive gems. There are also some silver foil stars and the tag is threaded through with some sparkly ribbon .... The sentiment is hand-stamped in Versafine black ink.

Dragonfly .....

We are running a monthly Challenge over on UK Stampers Forum to use a circulating stamp from each person in a make ..... this one is mine using a members stamp ! Decided to make a tag !

I started by inking the stamp with Versamark ink and used black embossing powder to heat emboss the design onto white card.  This was then coloured using Distress Oxide inks (the embossing resisting the ink).

This was trimmed out and matted onto a piece of iridescent foiled paper which was subsequently matted onto black card.

The die-cut dragonfly has been cut from more foiled paper and applied with pearl brads over the image. I used a piece of gold foiled Washi tape saying 'Hi There'.

Finishing touch was to add a piece of folded silver ribbon secured with a red staple.

Singing .....

This tag has been made for a swap over on UK Stampers Forum .....

The base tag is made from white card background coloured with Distress Inks in Peeled Paint & Frayed Burlap smooshed to provide the effect seen.

The bird was stamped in Versamark ink on more white card which was heat embossed with fine black embossing powder.  The bird was coloured with watercolour brushpens and mixed with a waterbrush before trimming out.

The leaves were die-cut from green gingham print paper and the bough stamped in Aged Mahogany and die-cut.  The bough, leaves and bird were stuck in place as shown.

Two strips of Washi tape were added, top & bottom, and the tag was edged in brown Versamagic chalk ink.  The sentiment was stamped in Versafine black ink on cream card which was trimmed and matted on mauve card before adding on foam pads.  I added an eyelet with the crop-a-dile and threaded through with purple glitter ribbon to finish.

Hello .......

A decorated tag made for a swap on UK Stampers Forum ....

Easter is nearly here so used some cute bunnies to which I added pompom tails.

Tagging Along ......

Made an MDF Christmas Tag ! There are a number of layers, each with different embellishments.

I used brads, buttons, jingle bells & jute string ......

Gingham & Jute ribbons, rusty cooker cutter & printed papers ......

The stamped image Daisy Mae) has been decoupaged and coloured with Copic markers ...

Loved making it !

Autumn Bunting .....

Here is a piece of papercraft Bunting made for a swap over on UK Stampers Forum ....

I used stout card as the base and decorated with stamping, Posca markers, Washi tape, Paperclay Leaves, watercolour brushes, eyelets & ribbon.  Mainly Autumnal colours which are really beginning to show outside as the leaves turn and fall .....

Leafy .....

Made an Autumn tag as part of a swap over on UK Stampers Forum ....

Used card as a background and coloured this with roughly applied acrylic paints in Autumn colours !

I then die-cut some leaves and an acorn which were painted and glazed with Glossy Accents and these were applied on foam pads.

Some leaves were stamped in Versafine Sepia ink and they were highlighted with Sakura chalk pens.  A hole was cut and an eyelet applied with the Crop-a-Dile and a small piece of green gros-grain ribbon tied through to finish !

Fashionable ......

Made a Gothic Arch in the theme of 'Fashion' which is for a monthly Challenge over on UK Stampers Forum.

I started with an Arch template made from card and covered this in floral printed paper.  The edge details were punched from the same paper and used to edge the Arch as shown.  The inner edge was gilded with a gold pen.  I then stamped a few handbags in sepia Versafine on the background and added a strip of green grosgrain ribbon tied in a knot in the middle. Below this I applied a couple of strips of pink Washi tape and decorated this with 5 pink sparkly cabochons.  The lady and the dress were stamped in Memento black ink and these were coloured with Alcohol ink markers and trimmed out before applying on foam pads.

Final touch was to add the word 'Beautiful' stamped in Memento and coloured on layers of card coloured with more alcohol ink.

Bloom ......

This Summery tag was made for a monthly swap over on UK Stampers Forum ....

I started with a white card base trimmed to size.  This was covered in a selection of papers which were stamped with a swirl in red Memento ink.

The main image (Elusive Images) was tamped in Archival black, coloured with Distress inks and a water-brush, trimmed out and applied as shown. The word 'bloom' was stamped at the base in Archival black ink.

The eyelet was added with the Crop-a-Dile and a piece of red spotty ribbon was stapled through.  The tag was edged in red Versamagic chalk ink to finish.

World Traveller ......

This tag was made for a monthly Swap over on the UK Stampers Forum Facebook Group .....

I started with a manilla tag and used Distress inks to make a background.  I used mainly blue inks applied to a glass mat and sprayed with water.  I built up some layers (drying in between with a heat tool) and then applied more water drops until happy.

I then stamped an image in Archival black ink as shown.  I sprayed with a gold mica spray leaving some larger pools of spray to dry.  I used a black decorative rub-on at the top right.

The butterfly was die-cut, painted with turquoise metallic paint, decorated with gold Stickles Glitter Glue, and applied on a glue dot leaving the wings free. I then added an gold metal plate centrally with the words 'Travel The World'. The tag was edged in blue Versamagic chalk ink.

Finally I added a piece of gold woven ribbon held in place with a staple.
